RN, Clinical Coordinator

• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a long-term care setting.
• Must possess a caring, compassionate attitude and be willing to work as part of a team to consistently meet the needs of our residents.
• Must be trustworthy, respectful of residents’ right to confidentiality, and treat all residents with dignity and respect.
• Knowledge of MDS 3.0, ADL documentation, care plans and medical records.
• Working knowledge of current nursing practices.
• Must possess the ability to handle multiple assignments and issues, have excellent communication and organization skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must possess flexibility to adjust to sudden changes in assignments and job requirements.

SRNA

• Current Kentucky state nursing assistant certification.
• Must possess a caring, compassionate attitude and be willing to work as part of a team to consistently meet the needs of our residents.
• Must be dependable, prompt, and able to consistently work assigned shifts.
• Must be trustworthy, respectful of  residents’ right to confidentiality, and treat all residents with dignity and respect.
• Must be willing to conform to all Superior Care Home, state and federal policies, procedures and regulations.

RN / LPN

• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
• Must possess a caring, compassionate attitude and be willing to work as part of a team to consistently meet residents’ needs.
• Must be dependable, prompt and able to consistently work assigned shifts.
• Must be trustworthy, respectful of residents’ right to confidentiality, and treat all residents with dignity and respect.
• Must be willing to conform to all Superior Care Home, state and federal policies, procedures and regulations.
• Working knowledge of current nursing practices.
• Must possess the ability to handle multiple assignments and issues, have excellent communication and organization skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
