Medical Records Clerk

  • Must collect, code, and analyze medical data, as well as conduct concurrent chart analysis.
  • Must be able to process documents for resident admissions and discharges.
  • One year of medical records experience in the last five years or RHT Certification preferred.
  • Must assume duties and responsibilities in accordance with current state and federal regulations.

 

MDS Nurse

  • Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky with good standing.
  • Five years clinical nursing experience and at least two years' experience with PPS/CMS in a Medicare Nursing Home setting.
  • Must possess knowledge of PPS, MDS 3.0, RUG Groups, and State Case Mix initiatives.
  • Must be a critical thinker with ability to make sound decisions based on objective analysis of the situation and data.
  • Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work in a team environment, and possess excellent inter-personal skills.

 

SRNA

  • Current Kentucky state nursing assistant certification.
  • Must possess a caring, compassionate attitude and be willing to work as part of a team to consistently meet the needs of our residents.
  • Must be dependable, prompt, and able to consistently work assigned shifts.
  • Must be trustworthy, respectful of  residents’ right to confidentiality, and treat all residents with dignity and respect.
  • Must be willing to conform to all Superior Care Home, state and federal policies, procedures and regulations.

     

RN / LPN

  • Current Registered Nurse license issued by the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
  • Must possess a caring, compassionate attitude and be willing to work as part of a team to consistently meet residents’ needs.
  • Must be dependable, prompt and able to consistently work assigned shifts.
  • Must be trustworthy, respectful of residents’ right to confidentiality, and treat all residents with dignity and respect.
  • Must be willing to conform to all Superior Care Home, state and federal policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of current nursing practices.
  • Must possess the ability to handle multiple assignments and issues, have excellent communication and organization skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
