RN, Clinical Coordinator
- Current Registered Nurse license issued by the Kentucky Board of Nursing.

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a long-term care setting.

Must possess a caring, compassionate attitude and be willing to work as part of a team to consistently meet the needs of our residents.

Must be trustworthy, respectful of residents’ right to confidentiality, and treat all residents with dignity and respect.

Knowledge of MDS 3.0, ADL documentation, care plans and medical records.

Working knowledge of current nursing practices.

Must possess the ability to handle multiple assignments and issues, have excellent communication and organization skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Must possess flexibility to adjust to sudden changes in assignments and job requirements.
SRNA
- Current Kentucky state nursing assistant certification.
- Must possess a caring, compassionate attitude and be willing to work as part of a team to consistently meet the needs of our residents.
- Must be dependable, prompt, and able to consistently work assigned shifts.
- Must be trustworthy, respectful of residents’ right to confidentiality, and treat all residents with dignity and respect.
- Must be willing to conform to all Superior Care Home, state and federal policies, procedures and regulations.
RN / LPN
